Belly Dancing Class

Belly dancing is uniquely designed for the female body, with an emphasis on abdominal muscles, hip moves, and chest moves. It is exotic and earthy, traditionally with bare feet connected to the ground. It is a dance characterized by smooth, flowing, complex, and sensual movements of the torso, alternated with shaking and shimmy type moves.  There are no requirements to learn belly dancing.  All are welcome!

Meditation Circle
Date:  Every Tuesday
Time:  6:00 pm

Each week we will gather to practice meditation.  We will share in each others energy and feel the effects of group meditation.  There will be time to share experiences and offer one another insight on different methods of practicing meditation. 
The benefits of meditation are extensive.  It calms your mind, reduces anxiety and depression, builds confidence, increases creativity and so much more! By coming together on a routine basis you will learn to bring meditation into your life.  You will learn new techniques each month and have a teacher to ask questions to as well as a supportive group of like minded individuals that can help you along this path.
